Math::Base::Convert::Shortcuts

This module contains two primary methods that convert bases that are exact powers of 2 to and from base 2^32 faster than can be done by pure perl math.

• $bc->useFROMbaseShortcuts

  This method converts FROM an input base number to a long n*32 bit register

• $output = $bc->useTObaseShortcuts;

  This method converts an n*32 bit registers TO an output base number.
