NAME

vmspphot - Apply to IFU or MOS 1D-extracted spectra a flux correction.

SYNOPSIS

       esorex vmspphot [OPTIONS] FILE.sof

DESCRIPTION

This recipe can be used to apply a spectro-photometric flux calibration to any number of
1D-extracted spectral frames generated by the recipes vmmosobsstare, vmmosobsjitter, and
       vmifuscience.

       Input files:

         DO category: Type: Explanation: Required:
         MOS_SCIENCE_REDUCED
or IFU_SCIENCE_REDUCED Product Extracted MOS or IFU spectra Y
         EXTINCT_TABLE Calib Atmospheric extinction Y
         MOS_SPECPHOT_TABLE
or IFU_SPECPHOT_TABLE Calib Response curve .

       Output files:

         DO category: Data type: Explanation:
         MOS_SCIENCE_FLUX_REDUCED
or IFU_SCIENCE_FLUX_REDUCED FITS image Flux calibrated objects spectra

OPTIONS

       --ApplyResponse <bool>
Apply instrument response. (bool; default: True). The full name of this option for
the EsoRex configuration file is vimos.Parameters.flux.response [default = True].

Note that it is possible to create a configuration file containing these options, along
with suitable default values. Please refer to the details provided by the 'esorex --help'
       command.
