       surfaceRedistributePar

DESCRIPTION

       surfaceRedistributePar  is  a (Re)distribution of triSurface. Either takes an undecomposed
       surface or an already decomposed surface and redistributes it so that each  processor  has
       all triangles that overlap its mesh.
