NAME

       muse_scipost_correct_rv - Apply RV correction for MUSE pixel tables.

SYNOPSIS

       esorex muse_scipost_correct_rv [OPTIONS] FILE.sof

DESCRIPTION

       Correct the wavelengths in the pixel table by given radial-velocity correction. This is a
       task separated from muse_scipost.

OPTIONS

       --lambdamin <float>
              Cut off the data below this wavelength after loading the  pixel  table(s).  (float;
              default: 4000.0). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file is
              muse.muse_scipost_correct_rv.lambdamin [default = 4000.0].

       --lambdamax <float>
              Cut off the data above this wavelength after loading the  pixel  table(s).  (float;
              default: 10000.0). The full name of this option for the EsoRex configuration file
              is muse.muse_scipost_correct_rv.lambdamax [default = 10000.0].

       --rvcorr <str>
              Correct the radial velocity of the telescope with reference to either the
              barycenter of the Solar System (bary), the center of the Sun (helio), or to the
              center of the Earth (geo). (str; default: ´bary´). The full name of this option for
              the EsoRex configuration file is muse.muse_scipost_correct_rv.rvcorr [default =
              bary].

       Note that it is possible to create a configuration file containing these options, along
       with suitable default values. Please refer to the details provided by the 'esorex --help'
       command.
