NAME
('mia\-2dserieshausdorff',) - Evaluate Hausdorff distance between segmentation sets.
SYNOPSIS
mia-2dserieshausdorff -i <in-file> -r <ref-file> [options]
DESCRIPTION
mia-2dserieshausdorff Get the per-slice Hausdorff distance of a segmentation with respect to a given
reference segmentation set.
OPTIONS
-i --in-file=(input, required); string
input segmentation set
-r --ref-file=(input, required); string
reference segmentation set
-k --skip=0
skip images at the beginning
Help & Info
-V --verbose=warning
verbosity of output, print messages of given level and higher priorities. Supported
priorities starting at lowest level are:
info ‐ Low level messages
trace ‐ Function call trace
fail ‐ Report test failures
warning ‐ Warnings
error ‐ Report errors
debug ‐ Debug output
message ‐ Normal messages
fatal ‐ Report only fatal errors

-? --usage
print a short help
--version
print the version number and exit
Processing
--threads=-1
Maxiumum number of threads to use for processing,This number should be lower or equal to
the number of logical processor cores in the machine. (-1: automatic estimation).
EXAMPLE
Evaluate the per-frame Hausdorff distance of the segmentations of set segment.set with respect to the
segmentation set reference.set skipping two images at the beginning.
mia-2dserieshausdorff -i segment.set -r reference.set -k 2
