SYNOPSIS

       int FcUcs4ToUtf8 (FcChar32 src, FcChar8 dst[FC_UTF8_MAX_LEN]);

DESCRIPTION

       Converts  the  Unicode  char  from  src into dst and returns the number of bytes needed to
       encode the char.
