DESCRIPTION

       Perform various operations on Newick trees.

GENERAL OPTIONS:

       -h, --help
              produce help message

       -v, --verbose
              Output more log messages on stderr.

       --prune arg
              Comma-separated taxa to remove

       --resolve
              Comma-separated taxa to remove
