       spdi2tbl

DESCRIPTION

       spdi2tbl    reads    single    nucleotide    polymorphism    data   in   NCBI's   Sequence
       -Position-Deletion-Insertion format from standard input and writes  a  table  of  adjusted
       values to standard output.
