       CURLOPT_CONNECTTIMEOUT_MS - timeout for the connect phase

SYNOPSIS

                                 long timeout);

DESCRIPTION

       Pass  a  long.  It should contain the maximum time in milliseconds that you allow the connection phase to
       the server to take.
