       GLOBUS_XIO_ERROR_CONTACT_STRING, GLOBUS_XIO_ERROR_CANCELED, GLOBUS_XIO_UDP_ERROR_NO_ADDRS,
       and GLOBUS_XIO_UDP_ERROR_SHORT_WRITE
