rpma_srq_cfg_get_rq_size() gets the RQ size of the shared RQ.

The rpma_srq_cfg_get_rq_size() function returns 0 on success or a negative error code on failure. rpma_srq_cfg_get_rq_size() does not set *rq_size value on failure.

rpma_srq_cfg_get_rq_size() can fail with the following error:

• RPMA_E_INVAL - cfg or rq_size is NULL
