機能

       辞書番号   dic_no   で示される辞書ファイルのエントリ番号   entry  の語の情報を  取り出す。
       ret->buf に、struct wnn_jdata へのポインタが返される。

リターンバリュー

       正常終了時には、0 を返す。
       異常終了時には、-1 を返す。
