       PAR::SetupTemp - Setup $ENV{PAR_TEMP}


SYNOPSIS
       PAR guts, beware. Check PAR


DESCRIPTION
       Routines to setup the "PAR_TEMP" environment variable.  The documentation of how the temporary
       directories are handled is currently scattered across the "PAR" manual and the "PAR::Environment" manual.

       The set_par_temp_env() subroutine sets up the "PAR_TEMP" environment variable.
