NAME
ipsec-up - Establish a connection
SYNOPSIS
ipsec up connection [--ctlsocket /run/pluto/pluto.ctl]
DESCRIPTION
ipsec up connection operation asks pluto to establish a connection specified in internal database.
To add and up a connection with single command use ipsec start connection. These both have same effect as
configuration option auto=start on startup.
Note: you might also need to run ipsec rereadsecrets when your new connection uses pre-shared key (PSK)
authentication, authby=secret because secrets keys are only being read at startup.
