       firestring_estr_estrcasecmp - compare two estrings case-insensitively

SYNOPSIS

       firestring_estr_t *estring2, int start)

DESCRIPTION

       firestring_estr_estrcasecmp()  compares  estring1  from  start  on  with  estring2   case-
       insensitively.

RETURN VALUE

       0 if the strings match; 1 if they do not.
