NAME

       scan_xint - parse an unsigned integer in hexadecimal ASCII representation

SYNTAX

DESCRIPTION

       scan_xint  parses  an unsigned integer in hexadecimal ASCII representation from src and writes the result
       into dest. It returns the number of bytes read from src.
