NAME

       PGASetIntegerAllele - sets the value of a (integer) allele.

INPUT PARAMETERS

       ctx    - context variable
       p      - string index
       pop    - symbolic constant of the population the string is in
       i      - allele index
       val    - integer value to set the allele to
