Detailed Description

       An abstract base class for classes containing a scale.

       QwtAbstractScale is used to provide classes with a QwtScaleDraw, and a QwtScaleDiv. The
       QwtScaleDiv might be set explicitly or calculated by a QwtScaleEngine.
