NAME
       blddecr - decrement the counter of an IP address on a bld host


SYNOPSIS
       blddecr [host [port]] ip


DESCRIPTION
       blddecr  asks the bld daemon listening on host:port (default localhost:2905) to decrement the counter for
       ip.
