NAME

       mlpack_hmm_viterbi - hidden markov model (hmm) viterbi state prediction

SYNOPSIS

        mlpack_hmm_viterbi [-h] [-v] -i string -m string [-o string] -V

DESCRIPTION

       This  utility  takes an already-trained HMM (--model_file) and evaluates the most probably
       hidden state sequence of a  given  sequence  of  observations  (--input_file),  using  the
       Viterbi  algorithm.  The  computed  state  sequence  is saved to the specified output file
       (--output_file).

REQUIRED OPTIONS

       --input_file (-i) [string]
              File containing observations,

       --model_file (-m) [string]
              File containing HMM.

OPTIONS

       --help (-h)
              Default help info.

       --info [string]
              Get help on a specific module or option.  Default value ''.

       --output_file (-o) [string]
              File to save predicted state sequence to.  Default value 'output.csv'.

       --verbose (-v)
              Display informational messages and the full list of parameters and  timers  at  the
              end of execution.

       --version (-V)
              Display the version of mlpack.
