Detailed Description

       A dictionary for plot items.

       QwtPlotDict organizes plot items in increasing z-order. If autoDelete() is enabled, all
       attached items will be deleted in the destructor of the dictionary.

       If Auto deletion is on all attached plot items will be deleted in the destructor of
